	Stroller Strides - Fitness for Mom, FUN for Kids!

It includes power walking and intervals of body toning using exercise tubing and the stroller. Taught by nationally certified instructors (who are also Moms), its a great workout for any level of exerciser. In 60 minutes, you will get a total body workout improving your cardiovascular endurance, your strength and your flexibility. The classes are equally beneficial for babies as instructors will weave songs through the workout and incorporate activities to make it fun. We welcome babies as young as six weeks as well as toddlers too! Just bring a sturdy stroller, sneakers, a mat or towel for floor work and get ready for a GREAT WORKOUT! It's not just a walk in the park! Its a great way to get in shape, meet other moms and have fun with your baby!
